Owner Kimberly has over 20 years of experience in the fitness field. Hreha is a Certified Spin Instructor, TRX Certified Trainer, and holds six AFAA certifications: Personal Trainer, Advanced Personal Trainer, Weight Training, Group Fitness, Kickboxing, Mat Science, and Indoor Cycling. Kimberly is very knowledgeable on Heart Rate Training and loves the Science of Exercise. She loves to make women strong through her female specific training facilities: Ladies Workout Asheville along with HF Training and Spin Center, located in River Ridge Business Center. "Use the latest science to Train Hard. Train Smart." is her mantra - let's constantly evolve and get stronger ladies!
Manager Olivia is the Head Trainer of Ladies Workout Asheville and HF Training and Spin Center. She is a certified AFAA Personal Trainer and Instructor. She is also a Certified TRX Trainer. Olivia has worked hard to continually stay on top of the latest trends and enjoys changing up workouts. Personally and professionally she pushes herself and will push you too! She believes there is nothing too challenging for anyone to do, anyone can can accomplish their goals if they just put their mind to it. Olivia always has a smile on her face and she will make you smile too, come ride with her! Come Train with her Ladies!!
Lily is a Certified Spin Instructor who believes in well balanced fitness. She enjoys long distance endurance, strength training, interval training and mind/body exercise. Phillips is also a Certified AFAA Personal Trainer and Kickboxing Instructor, She will challenge you ladies!
Lisa is an avid cyclist, certified AFFA Instructor and Personal Trainer, Formerly a Mountain Bike shop owner, she has a wealth of knowledge in both indoor cycling and outdoor riding. She believes you should push yourself, continually change your workouts because it is important to challenge yourself! Lisa is high energy, knowledgeable, and motivating! Come ride with her!
